Practical Information for Media
Date and location of the Summit
The Summit will take place in Marrakech from November 19th till November 21st in the city of Marrakech, Morroco.
To obtain an accreditation, Media and journalists need to fill the online registration form available on the website by no later than november 16th 2014. There are no registration fees for media and journalists.
Shooting & Video equipment
All media should submit the inventory of the equipment they will bring to the Organising Comitee. This equipement should be only used to cover the summit.
A badge will be delivered to each person based on the information provided in the registration form.
Badges will be personalised and delivered at the registration desk starting november 19th 2014. Registration desk is located where the summit takes place.
For security reasons badges must worn at all times during the summit.
Simultaneous translation in Arabic, French and English will be provided during the summit.
Costs will be borne by the representing media companies.
Media is subject to the visa entry requirements in place to enter Morroco so all persons subject to this should apply for an entry visa at the Diplomatic and Consular delegations of Morroco in their country of residence.
If in your country of residence there is no Diplomatic or Consular delegation of Morroco, please submit your visa request to the Organising Comitee providing a copy of your passport and your travel plans.
